Daniel T. Mr. Clark has served as Secretary and Assistant Secretary to a number of public and private companies. He is a member of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Business Section of the ABA. Mr. Clark is active in community affairs, having served in major leadership roles with church and youth organizations. He lives in Reading, Massachusetts with his wife Ruth and has raised four children.
