Daniel J. Dan practiced corporate and transactional law at large, international firms prior to joining Trinity, and has counseled and represented a variety of businesses from inception through exit, from sole proprietors through Fortune 500 companies. He has represented both angel and venture capital investors from some of the leading private equity firms in the country, and has counseled companies with a variety of operational matters as outside general counsel. He has also presented on corporate and business law topics to attorneys, entrepreneurs, and as a recurring guest speaker to MBA students at the University of Colorado.

Personal
He lives in North Andover, Massachusetts, with his wife, daughter, and 105-lb chocolate lab, where he enjoys skiing, golfing, LOST, traveling, singing, and has performed in local theater.
